I thought it was interesting enough to post as it's an unusual feature to have on a house, especially externally that can be controlled with a switch. It's a design feature that makes the house interesting.

My last few tweets probably do, but that is because it is a micro blogging service, you let people know what is going on in ones life.

If you had done this article in a hilariously sarcastic way, then I would probably have lolled and moved on, but you've made it more like rules and this has enraged me.

It does affect me because I pick who I follow based on the above points, if someone posts any of the above too much I won't follow them anymore. I only want to know about the unusual and interesting parts of their lives.

Great write-up Greg! I agree, sometimes I've been quite guilty of posting meaningless tweets but most of the time I try my best to put thought into those 140 characters. What people commonly forget makes Twitter such a powerful tool is its search feature. The more you add valuable content into your tweets, the more you are sharing with the community.
